Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@glintixllc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item sent).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@glintixllc.com with your order details.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again

  2. Contact your payment provider
